Withdraw from contract here

Use this page to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of your first payment, on either plan: the monthly subscription or the one-time licence. It is the online withdrawal function provided for by EU and Romanian law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 11a; Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, art. 11^1). If you bought as a business, it is also how you ask for the 14 days money back. You do not need to sign in or to give a reason.

Paddle is the seller of your order. We take care of your withdrawal, and Paddle pays you back. You can also use the withdrawal button in Paddle's customer portal.

1. Tell us which purchase

  • your name;
  • the e-mail address you used to buy: the confirmation goes there;
  • the order number (it is on the Paddle receipt) or your licence key;
  • the plan: the monthly subscription or the one-time licence;
  • the date of your first payment, if you have it.

When you press the button, your withdrawal is sent. We confirm receipt by e-mail right away, with its content, the date and the time.

This check keeps bots out. It is run by Cloudflare.

We use these details only to handle your withdrawal and the refund, and keep them 3 years after we settle it, as proof. Privacy policy

2. Confirm

Check what you wrote, then press Confirm withdrawal. Nothing is sent before you press it. If the bot check stops you, send your withdrawal by e-mail to support@nucleumhub.com: the time of your e-mail counts.

3. Your confirmation

Right away we send you an e-mail confirming that we received your withdrawal, with what you sent and the date and time we received it. Keep it.

What happens next

  • Paddle pays back what you paid to the payment method you used, at the latest 14 days after your withdrawal, without any fee.
  • Your licence then ends, and so does the subscription if it is one: Nucleum Hub shows only the screen to activate a licence, and your home keeps working in Home Assistant. A monthly renewal is not refunded when you change your mind: after those 14 days, a subscription is cancelled with effect from the end of the month you paid for.
