Accessibility statement

Statement of 23 October 2026.

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to read this site, try the demo and buy Nucleum Hub, whatever their eyes, hands or device. We build the site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This statement covers the website at nucleumhub.com.

What this means in practice

  • Contrast: every text and background pair, in the light and in the dark theme, is measured on each build against the AA ratios.
  • Keyboard: every link, button, menu and form field can be reached and used with the keyboard, with a visible focus, and a “Skip to content” link comes first.
  • Screen readers: pages have one main heading and a logical order of headings, pictures have text alternatives, and form fields have labels and spoken errors.
  • Sizes: buttons and links are at least 24 by 24 pixels, the text can be enlarged to 200 % without losing content, and the pages work from 320 pixels wide.
  • Motion: if your system asks for reduced motion, the site does not animate.
  • Languages: every page says which language it is in, and the language menu at the top of every page leads to the same page in the other languages.
  • The pages are written in plain language, with clear headings.

What we know is not there yet

  • The screenshots of the dashboard are pictures of a screen: their text alternatives describe them, but do not read out every figure on them.
  • The checkout is Paddle's, so its accessibility is Paddle's responsibility.
  • The bot check on the forms is Cloudflare Turnstile's, and its accessibility is Cloudflare's. If it stops you, write to us instead.
  • The online demo is the dashboard itself, made first for touch screens on a wall. We have not yet checked it fully with a keyboard alone or with a screen reader.
  • No outside expert has audited the site yet. We will list here what such a check finds, until it is fixed.

Why this statement is voluntary

The European Accessibility Act exempts microenterprises that provide services (Directive (EU) 2019/882, art. 4(5); in Romania, Law 232/2022), and the author of Nucleum Hub, who runs this site alone, is a microenterprise in that sense: fewer than 10 people and an annual turnover under 2 million euros. We follow WCAG 2.2 AA anyway, and we keep this statement up to date.

Tell us

If something on this site is hard to use for you, write to support@nucleumhub.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. Say which page and what happened. Our target is to reply within 2 working days, and if we cannot fix it quickly, we send you the information in another way.
