Legal notice
Version of 23 October 2026.
This page gives the information that Romanian law asks of anyone who offers a service online (Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, art. 5) and of anyone who sells to consumers at a distance (Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, art. 6). Buyers in Germany know it as the Impressum.

Who sells it
Your order is processed by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle sells you the licence, takes the payment, charges VAT or sales tax, and issues your receipt and invoice. The Paddle company that sells to you depends on where you are, and your receipt names it:
- Paddle.com Inc., for buyers in the United States;
- Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd., for buyers in Canada;
- Paddle.com Market Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 08172165), for everyone else.
The author of Nucleum Hub licenses the software to you directly, under the licence agreement (EULA). For questions about an order, a payment or an invoice you can also write to Paddle, at paddle.net or help@paddle.com.
Prices and delivery
Our prices are set before tax: Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax of your country, at the rate that applies there. The pricing page shows the final price for your country, with the amount of tax, when Paddle can work it out there; the Paddle checkout always shows it before you pay. A business with a valid VAT number pays without VAT where the rules allow (reverse charge).
Delivery is digital: your licence key comes by e-mail right after payment, and the software installs in Home Assistant. There are no delivery costs.
Complaints
Write to support@nucleumhub.com with "Complaint" in the subject, or use the form on the support page. Our target for a first reply is 2 working days, and we give you our answer within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot settle your complaint, we tell you so by e-mail, and you can turn to the alternative dispute resolution service (SAL) of the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. We agree to take part in that procedure. You can also go to court. About an order or a payment, you can also complain to Paddle.
The European Union's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) closed on 20 July 2025, so this site has no link to it.
