Uninstall and delete your data

Removing Nucleum Hub leaves your Home Assistant as it was: your devices, automations and other dashboards were never touched.

Remove the integration

  1. Settings › Devices & services › Nucleum Hub › Delete.
  2. If you installed it with HACS, remove it in HACS too. If you installed the zip, delete the folder custom_components/wall_dashboard.
  3. Restart Home Assistant. Nucleum Hub leaves the sidebar of every screen.

Remove your setup

Your layout, pages, names and photos stay in Home Assistant until you delete them, so a later install finds them again. To delete them, open Settings › Dashboards and delete the two hidden dashboards “Wall Dashboard Data” and “Wall Dashboard Photos”. Keep a backup first if you may come back.

Each screen also keeps a little of its own in its browser’s storage. Clearing that browser’s site data for your Home Assistant address removes it.

Delete what we hold about you

  • In the customer area: delete your data yourself, once it opens at launch.
  • By e-mail: write to privacy@nucleumhub.com.
  • We keep only what the law asks us to keep for an order (the accounting records). Paddle keeps its own records of your payment; ask Paddle at paddle.net.
  • What we hold, and for how long: the privacy policy.

Your licence

Uninstalling does not end a subscription. To stop it: Cancel your subscription here. To move your licence to another Home Assistant instead: Licence.
